Follow theese steps to activate your new card!

Download the Tapeeze app

Download the Tapeeze app – Available for iOS and Android. Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for “Tapeeze.”

  • Launch the app and tap “Sign in and activate", use one of the options, google, mail or Apple.
  • If you choose email a verification email will be sent to you – open it and enter the code in the app.
Add your Tapeeze card
  • Log into the Tapeeze app.
  • Tap “Add card” from the home screen.
  • Hold your Tapeeze card near your phone’s NFC scanner (back of the phone)
Link your Tapeeze card to your bank card
  • Tap “Connect Bank Card”
  • Enter your bank card details manually.
  • Confirm and save your details.
  • Read through the Fidesmo Terms & Conditions.
  • Accept the terms to proceed with activation.
  • Hold the Tapeeze card against the phone’s NFC reader.
  • Keep the card still for about a minute while the card is being programmed.
  • Wait for the confirmation message that the activation is complete.

Card management in the app

  • "Remove Bank Card" – Unlink your bank card from your Tapeeze card.
  • "Pause Tapeeze Card" – Temporarily disable payments for your Tapeeze card.
  • "Unpause Tapeeze Card" – Reactivate payments for your Tapeeze card.
  • "Edit Name" – Rename your Tapeeze card to anything you like.
  • "Connect Link" – Add an NFC link to your Tapeeze card (not available on all products).
Troubleshooting Activation Issues
  • Ensure your phone has an active internet connection.
  • Double-check that your Tapeeze app is updated to the latest version.
  • If the NFC scan doesn’t work, try removing any mobile case.
  • Make sure you have access to your email and bank-app.
  • If issues persist, contact Tapeeze Support via the app or support@tapeeze.com

Is the card safe?

Yes!

When you link a payment card to your Tapeeze Card, a reference to your bank card is created. This reference has a different card number. The card number can only be used with your Tapeeze Card, not online or anywhere else, which means your Card is protected against skimming.

Tapeeze uses technology from Fidesmo to enable tokenization, the same technology used in payment rings and smartwatches. Learn more about Fidesmo at www.fidesmo.se

Can I link my bank card?

The card works with: SEB, Swedbank, Sparbanken, Nordea, Länsförsäkringar, Marginalen Bank, Curve, Wallester, and Moorwand.

Do I need a PIN?

- Yes, you use the same PIN code on your Tapeeze card as on your linked bank card.

Can I add my card to Google or Apple Pay?

No, the Tapeeze card is a physical copy of your regular bank card. You can add your regular bank card to Apple or Google Pay, but the design will not appear digitally.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within EU. Stay tuned for updates on international availability.

Can I track my order?

No, we use standard shipping options without tracking. Are you worried about your order? Contact support and we will confirm the status of your card.
